Install ConversionBox Search & Filter for BigCommerce

Connect your BigCommerce store to ConversionBox Search & Filter with a couple of clicks. Index your products and keep your product data in sync with ConversionBox Search & Filter without writing code.

The ConversionBox Search & Filter BigCommerce integration handles the data connection between your BigCommerce store and ConversionBox Search & Filter.

Before you begin

To connect BigCommerce and ConversionBox Search & Filter, you need a BigCommerce store with administrator access.

Install the ConversionBox Search & Filter for BigCommerce app

1. Go to the ConversionBox Search & Filter for BigCommerce app.
2. Click Get this app.
3. Existing BigCommerce store - Log in
4. New to BigCommerce - Sign up
5. Click Install.

Connect BigCommerce with ConversionBox Search & Filter

1. Select the ConversionBox Search & Filter app from the app list in the sidebar.

2.  Select Confirm on the permissions prompt.

3. Please finalize the setup on the "Get Started" page, including the option to modify the index name.

4. Once the initial configuration is complete, the product and collection indexing will begin. You can monitor the status on the dashboard.

5. After importing, navigate to the "Search Option" tab and adjust the settings for Autocomplete and InstantSearch according to your theme. Make sure to enable both Autocomplete and InstantSearch.

Note: If you already have another third-party search solution installed in your store, please ensure it is deactivated before activating our service, as two solutions cannot be active on a single store.
